Photography Accessories by Crafty Bells do not on-sell or pass on customer details to third party companies. 

Since COVID19 we have displayed details of name, address, email and phone numbers on the shipping labels. If you do not want your email or phone number displayed please let us know when you order.

• Photography Accessories by Crafty Bells are not responsible for any incorrect and/or incomplete information supplied by a customer on our official order form.
• It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure the delivery address is correct. Photography Accessories by Crafty assumes no responsibility or liability (including, but not limited to, the purchase price, shipping fees and costs associated with undelivered goods, goods lost in transit or goods lost after delivery), for the purchaser's failure to provide the correct delivery address.
• Misinformation, or missing information, could result in orders being shipped to the incorrect address or potentially lost in the system. 
• Information supplied to other sources such as PayPal and Square are not cross-checked with Photography Accessories by Crafty Bells' official order forms.
• All parcels are tracked. Photography Accessories by Crafty Bells do not take responsibility for lost parcels in post or courier system.

• We reserve the right to change/alter/modify any of our products without notice. Changes are made to benefit the user.
• Limited Warranty covers any defect in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. 
• The Limited Warranty does not include the shipping costs sending and return to Photography Accessories by Crafty Bells
• During the Warranty Period, Photography Accessories by Crafty Bells will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance. 
• The Limited Warranty Period of goods purchased from Photography Accessories by Crafty Bells is 30 days from date of purchase.
• Our Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defect in material or workmanship.
• To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you. Sending photos of the problem helps us determine the problem.
